Looking for Ruby on Rails Developer with 3+ Years of Experience in Using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and API Development.
Basic Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science or related Technology Degree
- 3 to 5 years of front-end development experience
- Proficiency with front-end development including cross-browser HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP Protocol, REST, XML, J2EE, and AJAX
- Experience with frameworks such as Jquery, AngularJS, DOJO etc
- Experience with server-side scripting languages (e.g. Perl, PHP, Ruby)
- Understanding of web services technologies such as SOAP, HTTP, JSON, WSDL, XSD, and REST
- Experience translating design mockups and prototypes into working application designs
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong web application design skills, including information architecture, interface design and visual design
- Knowledge of CSS, HTML, and API
- Has programmed in an object-oriented language such as Java, C#, C++, or the like before
- Demonstrated passion for user experience design and improving usability
- Experience creating scalable, high-performance JavaScript Web Applications
- Experience in Ruby on Rails, Google Django, relational database or Cloud storage services
