Looking for the person who is having hands on experience in using Ruby on Rails, Grape, JSON API and many other Technologies, successful candidates will help build Backend services of our next generation SaaS platform.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Apply leading-edge web development skills to develop backend services
- Build reusable code and gem/libraries for other services
- Optimize your code for speed and scalability
- Collaborate with DevOps, Architect and the UI engineers daily by working in a Squad
- Build prototypes and turn them into real production-quality features
- 5+ years of professional Backend Development experience on Web technologies
- 2+ years of experience working with Ruby/Rails and exposing/consuming API
- Experience in Testing frameworks (Rspec, Capybara, Webmock etc.) and mocking API
- Experience with code versioning tools, preferably Git (Github, Gitlab etc.) and the feature branch workflow
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Proven experience learning new concepts and technology quickly
