Required Experience:Search for #Technical #Recruiters, #TalentAcquisition Associates, one who is expert in Technical Hiring and Niche Hiring with minimum 1 Year of experience into Recruitment.
Minimum 6 Months of experience into End to End Recruitment Cycle.
Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting Scheduling Phone/F2F/Skype Interviews
Must have good knowledge in all IT Technologies(Niche Technologies)
Real time Expertise on Contract, Contract to Hire, Lateral Positions.
Should be responsible by ensuring all job positions are accurately posted in all job boards
Posting the jobs and searching for relevant resumes on job portal like Monster, Naukri and other Social Networking sites
Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position and Conduct pre screening interviews
Coordinating with consultants and clients till candidates join the company
