HR Shared Services Manager - 8+ Years

Required HR Shared Services Manager with 8+ Years of Experience in Payroll,KPI,HR Business Partner and Idea in Financial Departments.Opporniuty is with a leading IT Client in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of associates, ensuring work is carried out efficiently and effectively and a good level of customer service is provided to all internal customers
  • Ensure team are fully trained in processes and systems with full knowledge of both to maximise ability to provide quality and efficient support
  • Assess workflow to ensure a fair spread of day to day work across the team. Ensure cross training is conducted to provide support during absence or spikes in workload
  • Delegate work and assist team with prioritising
  • Ensure all administration is processed swiftly and in line with procedures. Oversee processing of documentation to ensure accuracy of information and timely response to actions required. Ensure spreadsheets and systems to regularly updated. Proactively address any issues
  • Monitor work of team to ensure a high standard of accuracy and quality
  • Liaise with the HR teams on processing of documentation and resolution of queries
  • Lead projects coming into the team and ensure appropriate resource allocation
  • Provide effective communication to senior management, escalating issues that arise
  • Participate in the transition to move locally conducted transactional processes to the shared services centre and ensure a smooth transition
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners at regional and global levels. Conduct reviews of service levels
  • Establish achievable and realistic KPIs with Regional HR Business Partners to ensure a timely service is provided
  • Provide reports, spreadsheets and analysis as required including provision of monthly and quarterly statistics and reports
  • Liaise closely with Payroll and Finance departments on issues arising
  • Act promptly on day to day enquiries from internal or external sources
  • Update procedures to reflect business or local customer needs
  • Monitor compliance with procedures or company requirements and resolve or report concerns or problems
  • Ensure processes are regularly reviewed to identify delays or inefficiencies, revising processes to improve and ensure fit for purpose
  • Support company values and promote a team culture
  • Support the team and meet business needs by reviewing and adapting processes to changing requirements and resolving issues arising
  • Ensure training requirements are met and team have full knowledge of local processes
