Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide support with respect to Maintaining supplier masters globally
- Ability to understand the ERP system and concepts of Vendor masters and Customer creations on existing ERP system.
- Understand the Supplier/ Customer creations on the ERP system
- Process supplier amendments requests globally
- Monitor suppliers and business owners for compliance with defined policies and procedures, and escalate/remediate as necessary
- Basic understanding of DUNS(Duns and Bradstreet number) and Black listed suppliers
- Basics of Supplier Payment methods and working knowledge on payment masters.
- Supplier documentation Risk Assessment with required due diligence.
- Enrichment and remove duplicates to maintain the Supplier repository intact.
- Activation or Deactivation of Supplier repository
- Maintain Supplier documentation check list region wise.
