Skills Required :ERP systems,DUNS,Vendor Masters,Black List Suppliers,Risk Assessment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide support with respect to Maintaining supplier masters globally
• Ability to understand the ERP system and concepts of Vendor masters and Customer creations on existing ERP system.
• Understand the Supplier/ Customer creations on the ERP system
• Process supplier amendments requests globally
• Monitor suppliers and business owners for compliance with defined policies and procedures, and escalate/remediate as necessary
• Basic understanding of DUNS(Duns and Bradstreet number) and Black listed suppliers
• Basics of Supplier Payment methods and working knowledge on payment masters.
• Supplier documentation Risk Assessment with required due diligence.
• Enrichment and remove duplicates to maintain the Supplier repository intact.
• Activation or Deactivation of Supplier repository
• Maintain Supplier documentation check list region wise.

IT Interface Software Engineer
Location :Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

Customer service, attention to detail, and a desire/ability to learn new skills are critical characteristics of this position.  Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate are also crucial for a successful member of the IT team. Team-work is a pillar of the Global IT team and participation on the enterprise level is encouraged and individually.

• Work closely with business teams to analyze business processes in order to create cross functional process improvements
• Maintain, improve, and develop interfaces between our critical systems using a variety of technologies
• Assist with application road map
• Migrate legacy applications to newer platforms
• Drawing up specific proposals for system and business process enhancements and able to communicate proposed changes to business teams
• Maintain interfaces between a variety of sources and troubleshoot any problems that are encountered
• Help foster a community of continuous improvement

Mandate Skill Set : Advanced  Java, J2EE , J2EE application server (Weblogic), SQL,Linux,Windows, ERP Systems, Oracle DB,Microsoft SQL Server.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in CS, EE, IS or related degree is required.
• Advanced Java, J2EE , J2EE application server (Weblogic) Experience
• Strong experience with Python or PERL and Unix Shell
• Extensive knowledge about APIs
• 5+ years of Java and SQL development experience
• Experience integration Cloud applications with web services technologies
• 5 years of middleware experience with Weblogic/Fusion Middleware and/or JBOSS
• Experience developing in Linux and Windows environments
• Experience working as part of a global organization
• Ability to develop test scripts and execute effective test plans and procedures
• Experience working with Oracle databases
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong business relationships
• Self-motivated person who can take initiative and work with a small teams
• Experience with ERP Systems (GL/AP/AR/PO, etc)
• SOA Knowledge

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle ERP (ERP Cloud, R12, or 11i)
• ADF development, ADF Desktop Integration Experience
• Microsoft SQL Server Development experience is a plus
