HR Manager - 8+ Years

Required HR Manager with 8+ Years of Expereice in Recruitment,Talent Managment,Employee and Data Relations,HR Administration and Governace.Opproninuty is with the Product Developement Client in Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:

Recruitment
  • Manage the internal recruiting resource
  • Ensure production of accurate job and candidate profiles
  • Oversee most appropriate ‘route to market’
  • Oversee advertising and use of recruitment agencies
  • Develop techniques to raise the employer brand and attract high calibre employees in a challenging job market
  • Carry out training with line managers in effective recruiting skills
  • Ensure induction and goal setting are carried out
  • Lead internal processes to ensure work permits and correct visas are obtained
  • Ensure high quality candidates are recruited that meet the organisation’s needs
Talent Management
  • Conduct Organisational Leadership reviews with team managers including assessment of talent and succession planning
  • Determine training needs and assist managers with designing employee development plans, levering training & development expertise
  • Co-ordinate delivery of in-house training & attendance at external training courses, evaluating effectiveness
  • Support central training initiatives and ensure local initiatives are consistent
  • Assist managers in coaching their teams
  • Ensure necessary training administration & record keeping
Employee and Industrial Relations
  • Advise line management on employment legislation & company policy in: disciplinary & grievance; severance & redundancy; equal opportunities, disability, maternity, paternity, sickness and absence
  • Work with managers to resolve issues
  • Assist managers to address performance issues and develop performance improvement plans
  • Partner line managers in handling disciplinary processes
  • Manage terminations in accordance with good company practices and legal requirements at acceptable cost
HR Administration
  • Liaise with the administration shared services team for transactional HR services
  • Ensure all administration is processing swiftly and in line with procedures
  • Ensure satisfactory resolution of employee queries
  • Ensure accurate employee/HR records are being maintained
  • Leverage HRIS to provide reporting
  • Track documentation ensuring accuracy of information submitted and correct signatures are in place
  • Oversee core processes such as annual merit increases
  • Meet employment law requirements in India
Governance, Communications and Culture
  • Set high ethical standards; operate with complete integrity
  • Help to improve employee relations and build commitment and high levels of engagement
  • Assist with implementing effective two-way communications
  • Monitor compliance with procedures or company requirements and resolve or report concerns or problems
Business Effectiveness
  • Advise management on the creation of effective organisation structures
  • Provides inputs to lower employment costs through better job and work design
  • Address attendance and timekeeping concerns
  • Establish and monitor flexible work practices
  • Assist managers to assess employees to ensure “best fit” into roles
  • Develop methods to raise individual performance and improve team-working
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
  • An experienced HR generalist with evidence of previously providing pragmatic, solution orientated and commercially focused HR support; Familiar with all local employment laws, conditions and trends
  • Hands on approach but with the ability to look holistically and strategically
  • Experience of managing change
  • Team Player; High level of responsiveness and availability
  • Strong communication skills, verbal & written; Highly developed interpersonal skills, is consistent, credible and trusted 100% at all levels
  • Works to tight deadlines in fast moving situations; always responsive. Flexible and versatile, can cope with ambiguity.
