Lead Developer - Dot Net with 8+ Years Exp

We have a Challenging Opportunity for a Developers to work with a product development IT Conglomerate based in Hyderabad. Looking for someone with 8+ Years of experience in Database Programming Languages and Web Applications.

Job Description:

• A strong understanding of Internet and intranet architecture
• Experience in database programming and building web applications with database connectivity
• Experience with ASP.NET, MVC,Web API Jquery,Kendo, .Net technologies, SQL Server and Oracle are required
• Ability to contribute individually and work well with a team, work optimally under scheduled deadlines, and have passion for delivering high quality output
•  Good problem solving/Debugging skills
• Creating test plans, performing Unit & user acceptance testing for the end customers to verify correct implementation of Program/Module Specs.
• Capable of developing NUnit or similar type of test cases in Visual Studio.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA or similar bug trackers Required
• Work in collaboration with diverse teams across the world for execution of work.
•  Should adhere to the process compliance

Mandate Skills:ASP.NET, MVC,Web API Jquery,Kendo,Net technologies,Atlassian JIRA,NUnit.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Guide team development efforts towards timely deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
• Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
• Collaborate with other cross functional teams, software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.
• Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, estimates and work plans.
• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
• Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
• Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
• Develop, refine, and tune integrations between applications.
• Analyse and resolve technical and application problems.
• Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties.
• Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time.
