Executive Assistant - Operations

Looking to fill Executive Assistant - Operations position with IT Firm in Hyderabad.Required Females with minimum 1 Year of experience in Operations/Admin/Secretarial/Day to Day Managerial works.


Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience & Skills:
1-3 years of executive assistance experience (or similar)
 

Self-motivator, dedicated and responsible
Computer savvy.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Acting as a first point of contact for the India Alliance.
Providing back office support including receiving phone calls, independent correspondence, record keeping, files maintenance & follow-up.
Handling of petty cash, preparation of vouchers for daily transactions.
Coordinate with vendors for Rent, Electricity, Telephone, Mobile, Internet, UPS & Other Maintenance, etc.
Maintaining Pantry and other office expenses like vehicle hire charges, courier charges, stationery etc., as well as office maintenance and repair records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security personnel.
Analyze equipment performance records in order to determine the need for repair or replacement.
Undertaking general administrative/clerical duties as the occasion demands.
