HP Service Manager - 8+ Years

Looking for HP Service Manager who is having hands on experience in ITSM,RAD Programming.This opportunity is with a multinational company in Hyderabad.

Years of Experience: 8+ Years

Skills Required: ITSM, Service Desk, Incident, Problem,Configuration,SLM,Request Managment,RAD Programming

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5 - 10 years of ITSM (HP Service Manager 7.X/9.X, Connect IT 9.X) Solution Design & Implementation skills.
• Should have done at least one project on 9.41 Codeless approach or 9.3x PD.
• Hands on experience on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Knowledge, SLM and Request Management modules customization and configuration.
• Should have done at least one project on Request management and SLM.
• Hands on experience on Service Request Catalog and Mobility features customization and configuration.
• Hands on experience on Connect IT scenario creations and updates.
• Should possess strong RAD programming and Java scripting skills.
• Should possess good reporting (Oracle or SQL scripting) skills.
• Must have knowledge on Oracle 11i and 12c database usage.
• Should be comfortable with various operating systems usage - Windows, Linux.
