Required Application Engineer with 7+ Years of Experience in using
Application Installation,Configuration and Project Support. This Opportunity is with a leading IT Client in Hyderabad.

Job description: 

• II/III-Level Support regarding Application Installation, Configuration, Administration, Operations, Project Support, Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group 
• Responsibility for resolving incidents, problems and changes 
• Delivery of nonstandard Orders (special reports for customers, etc.), Participating in 2nd level 24/7 on call duty 
• Support of EUHD: Known error documentation, Providing of Tools, Creating documentation (Operation manuals) 

Job requirements: 

• Professional education in Computer Science or IT 
• Fluent English (spoken and written) 
• Good knowledge of HTTP Protocol 
• Basic knowledge of Linux (pref. SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11) 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012
• Microsoft IIS 6 or 7: Installation, Configuration 
• Basic knowledge of shell programming on Linux (Python, Pearl) 
• Basic knowledge of Oracle 11g Database Server: SQL scripting 
• Basic knowledge of networking TCP/IP, load ball ancing, network segmentation (DMZ) 
• Basic knowledge of ITIL 
• Ability to work in multi-national environment Basic knowledge of Java programming language is an advantage 

HP Service Manager - 8+ Years

Looking for HP Service Manager who is having hands on experience in ITSM,RAD Programming.This opportunity is with a multinational company in Hyderabad.

Years of Experience: 8+ Years

Skills Required: ITSM, Service Desk, Incident, Problem,Configuration,SLM,Request Managment,RAD Programming

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 5 - 10 years of ITSM (HP Service Manager 7.X/9.X, Connect IT 9.X) Solution Design & Implementation skills.
• Should have done at least one project on 9.41 Codeless approach or 9.3x PD.
• Hands on experience on Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Configuration, Knowledge, SLM and Request Management modules customization and configuration.
• Should have done at least one project on Request management and SLM.
• Hands on experience on Service Request Catalog and Mobility features customization and configuration.
• Hands on experience on Connect IT scenario creations and updates.
• Should possess strong RAD programming and Java scripting skills.
• Should possess good reporting (Oracle or SQL scripting) skills.
• Must have knowledge on Oracle 11i and 12c database usage.
• Should be comfortable with various operating systems usage - Windows, Linux.
