Looking for Cisco Voice & Video Engineer who is having hands on excepirence in CUCM,CUC,Voice Gateways. Opportunity is with a leading Multinational IT Manufacturing/Service/Product Development client in Hyderabad.About Role:
Provides support on Networking Voice (Cisco), and Video (Telepresence/Polycom) environments, along with administration of the networking hardware and software components, including CUCM, CUC, Voice Gateways, CUBE, UCCX, and various Video components like CTS/MX/DX/SX Codecs on the network. The Network Voice Administrator serves in a lead role while tackling operational issues in the Network Infrastructure space for Enterprise and Data Center Environment. The candidate is also expected to have know-how of various Monitoring Tools like RTMT, Voice Gateway Debugs like ISDN Debug, SIP Trace, CUCM/CUC Trace, Video Codec logs etc.
Experience:4-7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of CUCM architecture, configuration and support.
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Cisco Telepresence systems architecture, configuration and support.
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Cisco Voice Gateway architecture, implementation, and support.
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance CUC (Voice Mail) architecture, and its support.
Implementation, monitoring and maintenance of UCCX architecture, configuration and support.
Handle P1/P2 incidents and provide permanent Problem Resolutions, Perform RCA analysis & Proactive analysis on repetitive issues.
Certified in ITIL (Incidents, Changes and Problem Managements).
Provide leadership for quick resolution of tickets and Provide Technical/Environmental.
Automate and do proactive monitoring of WAN circuits through the monitoring tools. .
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology or a related study.
