Job Summary:

• IT support and administration of applications (like Firefox ESR and IE11 software) for various international projects for customers around the globeCheck, re-configure on customer request and/or IT relevant, and test new releases

• IT support and administration of Windows 7 clients, solving everyday’s problems, improving the current infrastructureTroubleshooting issues with the whole Microsoft Office suite and server virtualization (using Active Directory)

• Package creation request/test and deployment, Training and manual creationDevelop and maintenance of scripts (Powershell/Batch)

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English (real fluency).A very high level of proficiency in the administration of Windows 7 clientsScripting (PowerShell, batch, etc)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Internet Explorer and Firefox usage and troubleshooting

• The ability to build informative and concise documentation

Looking for MSSQL DB Admin with OLTP,OLAP ,T-SQL,Microsoft Windows Failover Clustering,NetApp and PowerShell.This Opportunity is with a Leading Product Client in Hyderbad.

Job Summary:
 

• The candidate will work within database team to ensure 2nd and 3rd support with focus on production environment, deployment, performance, tuning and support of Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure (versions 2008R2 – 2014).
• Usual tasks will also cover activities like installation, maintenance jobs/activities, backup and recovery strategies, monitor and fix database issues.
• Candidate must have extensive experience in OLTP and OLAP relational databases, good knowledge of various server components like Reporting Services, Integration Services and Analysis Services, good knowledge of Transact-SQL.
• Participate in 3rd level project support aimed on improvement of existing Microsoft SQL Server infrastructure.
• Provide 2nd level support on-call duty in non-business hours and during weekends.
• The candidate should be motivated, sensitive to risks and controls, work well under pressure and possess strong problem analysis and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in multinational teams, willingness to travel on short business trips abroad.

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT or corresponding experience in respective field is desirable
• Professional experience of in IT-Services, preferably achieved while working for a service provider
• Strong experience with the administration of Microsoft SQL Server is essential
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory technology, basic knowledge of .NET Framework, Microsoft Windows Failover Clustering, Networking
• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS is a must, knowledge of Linux systems is a plus
• Working with DB stored on RAW devices
• Experience with NetApp, Legato or Tivoli Storage Manager is a plus.
• Experience with PowerShell and .NET is a plus
• Knowledge of script computer languages on operating systems such as Windows/Linux/Unix
• Basic Knowledge of IT-Security & ITIL (ideally ITIL Foundation certification)
