Employee Data Administration

Required Employee Data Administration with 2+ Years of Experience in Using Oracle,Taleo,SLA and HR Systems.This Opproninuty is with a Leading Manufacturing Client in Hyderabad

Required Skills/Experience: 

  • Providing support for global onboarding process utilizing internal and external systems, as well as interacting directly via phone/e-mail/Messenger with managers and employees around the world.
  • Tracking all the received queries/requests via phone & email in the HR database.
  • Enter and maintain HR data in Oracle, Taleo, or Talent Management systems as specified by global HRIS, regional/local HR, or the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Execute duties in compliance with the SLA
  • Maintain and reconcile several HR systems (Taleo, SuccessFactors, & Oracle HCM) to ensure the employee information is consistent across all systems.
  • Data administration of employee HR, benefits, compensation, recruiting, and other information 
  • Work closely with HR Directors, HR Business Partners and Recruiters from regional and global teams to ensure information is properly captured, and surface any concerns or conflicts to the Director of Recruiting and HR for resolution.
  • Proactively formulate, recommend and implement improvements to new and existing HR Applications, Reports, Business processes, etc
  • Works closely with global HRIS team to define and enhance HRIS solutions and data administration processes, procedures, and solutions.
  • Work closely with global HRIS, regional/local HR, and HRIT to troubleshoot and resolve HR data/system issues
  • Participate in testing activities in support of new system functionality, process/procedure changes, or other changes as defined by global HRIS, regional/local HR, and HRIT
