Looking for the person who is having hands on experience in working with IT/Gaming Clients onQA Testing and Android.This Opproninity is with leading gaming Company in hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Black box testing on Android smartphone games and Facebook games
- Troubleshoot, report, and follow up on all defects found
- Work with other QA Testers, Engineering, Production and Customer Service teams closely
- Provide post-launch support for all updates to assigned titles
- Provide status updates on testing results as requested by Managers
- Track testing process and ensure that deadlines are met
- Attend, participate in and sometimes lead team meetings
- Supervising and coaching fellow QA colleagues
- Must have 3+ years of QA testing experience preferably in a gaming environment. Mobile experience is a major plus, particularly on Android
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Additional language fluency/familiarity a plus
- Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable
- Previous project or people management skills are desirable
- Must have attention to detail and be able to follow test cases as well as do ad-hoc testing
- Ability to document results of testing in a detailed and organized manner
- Ability to multitask in a fast, dynamic environment and maintain a professional and positive attitude with team members
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and bug tracking databases
- Must enjoy playing games and have a passion for quality
- Must have a strong sense of ownership, urgency and initiative
- Ability to create or refine processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ability to work overtime as necessary and on weekends.
- Ability to work flexible hours and work with a global team
