SOC Analyst - 2+ Years

Looking for SOC Analyst with ArcSight ESM, Logger appliances skills and CCNA Security Certification.Opportunity is with a leading Multinational IT Manufacturing/Service/Product Development client in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitoring assets, network, and data ensuring the prevention of events that negatively impact confidentiality, availability, and integrity.
Assess incident severity and escalate to the next level as needed.
Trouble ticket generation.
Edit reports as needed and email to Level 2.
Keep customers abreast of changes in status during issue resolution.
Maintain a solid working knowledge of Information Security principles and practices.
Research the current trends of information security and risk management, and keep up-to-date with issues and technology.
Participate in knowledge sharing with other analysts and develop customer solutions efficiently.
Coordinate or participate in individual or team projects to ensure quality support for our clients.
Training new level 1 employees and on-boarding procedures.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Minimum 2 years of technical experience.
Previous experience with ArcSight ESM and Logger appliances is a plus.
Broad understanding of the IT systems, technologies, and solutions, and how security controls integrate with these systems.
Knowledge of the common types of vulnerabilities and attacks.
Good interpersonal, and organization skills.
CCNA Security certification desirable.
