HR Director [12+ Years] – A gaming Multinational in Hyderabad

Search ON for Director – HR with 12 to 15 Years Experience in Strategic HR, Business Partnering, International Business Communication, Leadership Management and Technology Acumen.  Preffered With MBA from Premier Institute/ Business School, Experience with Product Companies & Large Ramp-up’s. Opportunity with a NASDAQ listed MNC into Gaming & Enterprise Related Product Development.
This position has full responsibility on the HR activity in India, with duty centring on driving People-Leadership Management, HR Strategy and Global Communication.
HR Director Responsibilities:
  • Implement HR strategy within the organisation working alongside business leaders
  • Lead and develop the HR team
  • Enforce best practice
  • Develop effective HR procedures and policies to reflect business aims and focus
  • Advise on compliance and risk management issues
  • Work within and apply key business drivers to people management strategies
  • Management of high performance generalist HR services
  • Introduce and drive change management initiatives
  • Oversee investigations and complex employee relations issues including redundancy and grievance
  • Evaluate and make recommendations on cost-effective training and development programmes
  • Act as the externally facing representative for HR for the organisation
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a senior HR role
  • Ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong track-record in HR generalist and change management roles
  • Commercial acumen and credibility
  • Faultless communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualification: MBA-HR from Premeir Institute
Preferred: Candidates from IT | ITES | Internet | E-commerce | Gaming Companies
Budget: 45 – 50 LPA
