Looking for Assistant manager in Finance & Accounts

Skills required:
1. Good knowledge in accounts.
2. Excellent Communication & analytical skills.
3. Reasonable typing skills.
4. Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT).
Major Accountabilities:
1. Should have the knowledge on all accounting functions of the company.
2. Working knowledge on Indian GAAP/Accounting standards.
3. Should have the experience in periodical closure of books of accounts. Preparation of financial statements as per the Companies Act.
4. Co-ordinate with the auditors in getting the accounts audited.
5. Should have working knowledge on Direct & Indirect tax laws like Service tax, sales tax, Income tax etc. Prefer who is having knowledge/experience in SEZ Act, STPI Provisions.
6. Experience in preparation of Budgets, Forecasts etc.
7. Experience in preparation of various MIS Reports & Presentation to Executive committee.
8. Coordinate with Project Managers, identify the deliveries made to each client for periodical revenue recognition.
9. Coordinate with S&M in executing client agreements & other documentation.
