| Hiring LR CRM Functional |
Job Description:
1)
Expert level functional knowledge in R12 CRM suite of products(CRM Foundation,
Universal Work Queue, Install Base, Tele service, Service Contracts, Field
Service, Mobile Field Service)
2) Should have worked on minimum 2-3 end to
end implementations/upgrade/support of the above module.
3) Ability to identify multiple solutions and
workarounds for complex issues and recommend resolution to the customer.
4)
Must possess strong skills in above mentioned CRM Services Module with ability
to debug the issues related to the customization's.
5) Good to have knowledge on
TCA.
