Looking for a HR Shared Services who is expertise in writing,speaking Arabic Language.Opportunity is with a leading IT Corporate in Hyderabad.Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end processing of the employee life cycle, including reporting and liaison with payroll and stakeholders. Need to have Arabic Language expertise.
- Responsibilities
- Managing employee life cycle processes Viz employee hiring, completing employee job-related changes, terminations and personal data changes.
- Processing of employee forms, generating employment letters contracts and updating Oracle systems
- Ensure all the required systems are set-up and updated to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits in line with contracts and appropriate documentation.
- Manage employee database and all other reports up to date.
- Co-coordinating with payroll & benefits teams for changes/updates.
- Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
- Custodian of customer delight to ensure all the requests are processed within the defined SLA and impeccable quality.
- Ensure that internal controls are in met as per company policies
- Organising monthly review calls
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of experience within shared service operations or HR Operations
- Prior experience of employee life cycle data management (Hire to retire operations)
- Prior experience of HRIS/ ERP Systems (like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP)
- Bachelor's degree / and MBA
- Need to know the Arabic Language
- Action oriented, quick learner
- Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
