HR Shared Services - Arabic Language

Looking for a HR Shared Services who is expertise in writing,speaking Arabic Language.Opportunity is with a leading IT Corporate in Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end to end processing of the employee life cycle, including reporting and liaison with payroll and stakeholders. Need to have Arabic Language expertise. 
  • Responsibilities
  • Managing employee life cycle processes Viz employee hiring, completing employee job-related changes, terminations and personal data changes. 
  • Processing of employee forms, generating employment letters contracts and updating Oracle systems
  • Ensure all the required systems are set-up and updated to reflect current employee base, including wages, benefits in line with contracts and appropriate documentation.
  • Manage employee database and all other reports up to date.
  • Co-coordinating with payroll & benefits teams for changes/updates.
  • Manage regular preparation of relevant management reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
  • Custodian of customer delight to ensure all the requests are processed within the defined SLA and impeccable quality.
  • Ensure that internal controls are in met as per company policies
  • Organising monthly review calls


 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience within shared service operations or HR Operations
  • Prior experience of employee life cycle data management (Hire to retire operations)
  • Prior experience of HRIS/ ERP Systems (like SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP)
  • Bachelor's degree / and MBA
  • Need to know the Arabic Language
  • Action oriented, quick learner
  • Proficient at MS Office (especially Excel)
