Sr.QA Automation Engineer - 5+ Years

Looking for Sr.QA Automation Engineer with 5+ Years of Experience in Gaming Testing,OOPS,Reverse Engineering and Jenkins.This Opportunity is with a leading gaming Client in Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Do the code integration and create and release the builds for QA teams.
  • Own the release process from planning device and OS coverage and regression test coverage to release deployment.
  • Lead SDK testing by clearly defining required test plans and test criteria

  • Anticipate and communicate risks areas proactively throughout the project’s lifecycle
  • Request and evaluate QA tools that allow for better and easier testing of existing and future game functionality and content.
  • Manage a small team of QA engineers
  • Train QA Testers as required, both in groups and one-on-one.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ yrs. of experience in testing and exposure to game testing is a plus.
  • Hands on knowledge on build integration and doing integration testing.
  • Hands on experience with automation frameworks and should be able to create an automation framework from scratch.
  • Should have good experience with writing and maintain automation scripts.
  • Hands On experience good at to use tools to test memory usage/memory leak / etc.
  • Hands on experience with code debugging and doing RCA on code level bugs.
  • Good command on one of the OOPS oriented programming language, most probably JAVA or C#
  • Have a good ability/background for using or investigating reverse-engineering or cheat/hacking tools.
  • Previously should have managed a team of 1-2 testers.
  • Extensive experience in mobile testing (Android + iOS)

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency with dev and debugging tools.
  • Testing experience with the third party SDKs
  • Previous experience in working directly with remote engineering teams
  • Experience with build systems such as Jenkins, Team City, etc.
  • Good knowledge in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools is a must.(JIRA and Test rail are plus)
