Sales Head/Sr.Manager [12-16 Years]


Looking for Sr.Sales Manager/Head who is expertise in Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning For Harrison Assessments based in Delhi.



Roles and Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
  • Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
  • Support the Sales Team in sales related activities including presentations, proposals, responding to queries and market intelligence
  • Support the Consulting Team in delivering projects in the areas of consulting including Competency
  • Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Assessment Centre, etc.
  • Provide project related support including analysis, documentation, coordination and billing
Required:
  • MBA – Sales/Marketing and HR majors would be added advantage
  • 12 to 15 years of experience in Sales
  • Experience in Assessment related industry and HR Consultancy would be added advantage
  • Experience in B2B preferably in NCR Region
  • Proven experience in engaging and presenting to Senior Management or Corporate Leaders
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Strong analytical skills
