Looking for Sr.Sales Manager/Head who is expertise in Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning For Harrison Assessments based in Delhi.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning.
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.
- Support the Sales Team in sales related activities including presentations, proposals, responding to queries and market intelligence
- Support the Consulting Team in delivering projects in the areas of consulting including Competency
- Assessment, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Assessment Centre, etc.
- Provide project related support including analysis, documentation, coordination and billing
Required:
- MBA – Sales/Marketing and HR majors would be added advantage
- 12 to 15 years of experience in Sales
- Experience in Assessment related industry and HR Consultancy would be added advantage
- Experience in B2B preferably in NCR Region
- Proven experience in engaging and presenting to Senior Management or Corporate Leaders
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong analytical skills
