Splunk Consultant (5+ Years)

Required Splunk Consultant with 5+ Years of Experience in managing Splunk Apps with ITILV3 certification to work with Global Corpration in Bangalore.
Splunk Consultant / Senior Consultant:

• Experience with Splunk including backend administration of indexes and forwarders.
• The ability to design Splunk reports and dashboards using complex data elements.
• Knowledge of Managing Splunk apps
• Knowledge of Splunk index management, Event Parsing with data preview
• Searching and Reporting with Splunk.
• Upgrading splunk whenever there is new release.
• Setting up splunk forwarding for new application tiers introduced in environment.
• Identifying bad searches / dashboard and partnering with the creators to improve performance.
• Solve unique problems across a variety of use cases within Splunk.
• Leverage previous experiences, share best practices and create innovative solutions to push user adoption and maximize the value of Splunk.
• If possible nor necessary  the candidate should be able to develop Spunk apps & good in regular expresssion.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.

Training/ certification:

• SIEM certified (Any vendor)
• Certified CCNA Security
• ITILv3 Foundation.
• Certified Ethical Hacker
