Mandate:
- Managed: C, C++, Objective C
- Cloud Technologies: AWS, container/containerize, docker/dockerize, Mesos
- Mobile Technologies: Android/ IoS
- Open Sorce Tools: Locust, grinding and catellyng
- MySQL, NoSQL, Mongo, Cassandra, cloudera
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or higher
- 10+ years of relative experience. At least 5 years of management experience running an organization of 30-40+ size is required.
- Ability to build and lead a team of industry recognized performance experts and software engineers and testers
- Deep domain expertise in performance and reliability space, test methodologies, technology and processes.
- Demonstrated track record in driving quality for scale software architectures in a web environment and deep knowledge of online operations topologies and architecture.
- Metrics and data driven mind set with ability to define and manage appropriate test engineering KPI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team environment are required.
- Must excel at building strong partner/customer relationships across a diverse customer base of varying needs and capabilities. Ability to collaborate with other engineering leaders who are driving innovative solutions to push the tech stack forward, making sure performance and reliability considerations are top-of-mind
