ServiceNow Developer (Location: Hyderabad)

We are looking for ServiceNow Developer who needs to serve as the developer on Service Now platform. Work with stakeholders to customize Service Now as needed. Maintain the integrity of CMDB and Knowledge base.

Primary Responsibilities

• Developing complex “ServiceNow” work flows based on business process requirements
• Clearly understand/review the customers’ design standards vis-à-vis the organization's design standards and suggest improvements
• Working experience with “ServiceNow” (front or back-end) tool suite is mandatory
• To lead the Request Module Implementation – must be able to show examples of previous experience
• Advanced knowhow in JavaScript and Server Side Scripting
• Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in IT industry, ITIL v3 certification would be a plus
• Understand the Service Level Agreement for supported environment
• Ensure the integrity of CMDB
• Work with Service Owners to manage the ITSM processes

Basic Qualifications

Education

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Systems or Relevant Industry Standard Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, ITIL

Experience

3+ years in Information Technology with at least 1+ years as Service Now Developer in a Global Corporation

Other Requirements

Education or Experience

1. Master's Degree in Information Systems
2. 2+ Years as Service Now Developer in a Manufacturing and/or Industrial Corporation
3. Service Now, ITIL Certifications

1. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data
2. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
3. Oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with end-users and management to communicate in clear, understandable and concise terms.

Other Skills

1. Ability to effectively plan and organize
2. Project and program management planning and organizational skills
3. Customer service orientation
