Job Summary:
Operation and administration of Windows servers and Active Directory Troubleshooting problems within the environment 2nd and 3rd level on-call support in non-office hours Keep the environment documentation accurate to comply with the security and operational standards and procedures Handle Incident, Problem and Change management tickets in accordance with SLAs

Job requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology telecommunications, electrical engineering or a related engineering or corresponding experience in respective field
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Windows Server of current versions (2003, 2008R2, 2012R2)
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Windows Server related configurations, including Clustering, WSUS, Terminal Services (RDP-TS), PKI
- Knowledge of and hands-on experience with MS Windows Active Directory and related services: Network & network services (DNS, DHCP) Network based file systems
- Knowledge of MS Windows scripting languages and use of command line (PowerShell) Willingness and interest in operating MS Windows Server based environments
- Willingness to perform on-call support Good communication skills and ability to efficiently work in a multinational teams
- Experience working in an ITIL oriented company is a plus Willingness to travel on short business trips abroad
- Willingness to learn new technologies Advanced spoken and written English
- German language skills are a plus
- Certifications related to the requested skills are a plus
