We have an Immediate opening for ServiceNow Developer
with Minimum 3+ Years of Expertise in UI/Java and servicenow
implementation for a Multinational Client having its
initiatives in IT/ITES/Manufacturing and Engineering Domain.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with stakeholders, up to and including CxO level and Directors, to develop and execute solution strategies that support organizational direction
Architect and Deploy ServiceNow solutions to support best practice processes needed to deliver business requirements
Configure and develop solutions using ServiceNow including quick prototype and demonstrations
Organize and present ServiceNow related findings in meetings with stakeholders
Deliver advisory services centered on ServiceNow configuration optimization for performance and capability
Identify additional business opportunities resulting from ServiceNow and other engagements.
Clearly understand/review the customers design standards vis–vis the organization’s design standards and suggest improvements
Working experience with the ServiceNow (front or back-end) tool suite is mandatory
Advanced knowledge in JavaScript, Jelly, HTML
Defining ACLs, Update Set Activities.
Cloning one instance to other instance.
Applications and Modules, Creation of Table & Columns
Advanced knowledge in Service Catalog, UI Macros/UI Pages.
Experience in ServiceNow integration protocols like : LDAP, SOAP, JDBC and ODBC
Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in IT industry, ITIL v3 certification would be a plus
Understand the Service Level Agreement for supported environment
Work with Service Owners to manage the ITSM processes
Hands-on experience in leading all stages of systems development efforts including requirement definition, design, architecture, testing, support and co-ordinate and direct all phases of project based efforts.
Developing ServiceNow work flows based on business process requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Information Systems. Relevant Industry Standard Certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, ITIL
6+ years in Information Technology with at least 3+ years as Service Now Developer in a Manufacturing/Industrial Corporation
