We are a 8+ years company with a team of 80+ Technical Recruiters and 200+ Developers. We are Head Quartered in Hyderabad, with presence in Bangalore, Chennai, Pune & Visakhapatnam. Our Core Business is Nich Technical Outsourcing, Man Power Strategies, Organizational Incubation and Process Development.
Minimum 6 Months of experience into End to End Recruitment Cycle.
Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting Scheduling Phone/F2F/Skype Interviews
Must have good knowledge in all IT Technologies(Niche Technologies)
Real time Expertise on Contract, Contract to Hire, Lateral Positions.
Should be responsible by ensuring all job positions are accurately posted in all job boards
Posting the jobs and searching for relevant resumes on job portal like Monster, Naukri and other Social Networking sites
Review applications to evaluate if they meet the requirements of position and Conduct pre screening interviews
Coordinating with consultants and clients till candidates join the company
