| Senior IT Business Solutions Manager (Location: Kuwait) |
The IT Business Solutions Manager is for an experienced manager to provide leadership, vision, and management to the IT applications team. Oversees and directs the multiple application deployment and development functions of complex multi-platform business systems ensuring the continuity, quality and on-time delivery.
QUALIFICATION:
Aspirant should be an Engineering Graduate (BE/B.Tech) from any stream. MBA from a reputed Institute would be preferred.
Incumbent must have 8- 12 Years of Hands-on experience in the skill sets coupled with solid technology and Business Management experience. Minimum 5 Years of Experience as a Project Manager / Project Lead in managing & handling teams effectively.
DESIRED EXPERTISE:
Delivered and managed SAP implementations for discrete manufacturing, preferably steel buildings.
Exposure to best practices Master Data Management for material and vendors.
End to End business process understanding in a discrete manufacturing environment e.g. order cash, procure to pay.
Hands on knowledge in at least one of three SAP ERP modules Production Planning, Project systems, Materials Management.
Experience of managing end to end IT delivery, including application support.
Experience of managing SAP implementation partners (both Fixed Price and Time and Materials) to deliver quality with minimum change requests.
EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY:
8-12 years of experience as Solutions Manager/ Project Manager or Project Lead in SAP preferably from a large Manufacturing or IT setup would be given preference.
Experience in one full implementation cycle of SAP end to end in all modules is a must.
