| Bio IT Manager (Location: Hyderabad) |
We are looking for Bio IT Manager with an experience of 10 to 15 years, for a top MNC, located in Hyderabad.
Qualification: BE/ BTech / ME/ MTech
Delivery :
- Implement a suitable and optimum process framework for execution, delivery and support of Bio IT products and projects.
- Understand and customize the above appropriately for both product cycles and custom services projects.
- Monitor the health of all projects on three key parameters cost, time and quality, and take up timely corrective actions, when needed.
- Plan, provide and manage resources (including hardware and software) for all projects, across applicable locations.
- Identify the training needs of various teams, and meet the same in timely manner.
- Sponsor quality initiatives within the delivery organization.
- Be the first escalation point (to clients) for all delivery matters.
- Facilitate inter-group coordination, and resolve conflicts.
Technology:
- Provide overall technology guidance to Bio IT team.
- Keep abreast of industry trends in technology, frameworks and process.
- Advise the teams on suitable technologies and frameworks to employ for specific problem domains.
- Be able to troubleshoot technical problems, as needed, and suggest solutions.
Sales Support:
- Be the single point of contact for Sales & Marketing for RFPs/RFQs/RFIs/…
- Participate in pre-sales activities, as needed.
- Work on, and provide, sales support material, as needed.
