Madhees is hiring Strategic Sourcing and Business Analysis Manager / Associate Manager

Domain functions understandings:

Master Data Management

i)                    Must have understanding of the data management ( preferred on procurement side as procurement items, suppliers )

ii)                  Understands the items lifecycle from inception to end date of item.

• Should understand the items attributes, classification, items usage on requisitions, purchase orders, invoices.
• Should have understanding of items creation process, having experience with manufacturing, metals or mining would be added advantage.
• Understand the classification of items (UNSPSC preferred), stocks, non-stock, pricing

iii)                Understands the capital and operational purchases

iv)                Must have understanding of Inventory processes

Spend Analysis

i)                    Understands the General Sourcing Process and cost saving activities

ii)                  Understand  contract management

iii)                Understands the procure to pay process in depth and should be able to make suggestion to business on cost saving efforts from the data

iv)                Should have knowledge of Contract Leakages

Market Intelligence

i)                    Should understand significance of the Market Intelligence for organization on sales and procurement front.

ii)                  Understand the data sources of Market Intelligence

iii)                Understand the commodities and trends relevant to Metal and Mining verticals

Soft and People Skills

i)                    Should be excellent communicator

ii)                  Should have worked with international stakeholders

iii)                Should have multitasker with hands on experience of managing multiple projects at a time

iv)                Should have extensive experience with coordinating with multiple teams

Technology & MIS Skills

i)                    Should understand ERP data flows

ii)                  Should have excellent Microsoft Excel exposure in pivots and data analysis building.

• Should be 10 years or more experience in above and 3 years of project and people management

Most required Skills:

• Data Collection/Extraction | Data Validation | Cleansing & Enrichment | Commodity classification | Variation Analysis | Opportunity Assessment | Reporting | Master Data Management
• Creating and maintaining master data tables like Item master, Vendor master, Supplier Parent-child, Commodity Sub-Commodity
• Understand the classification of items (UNSPSC preferred), stocks, non-stock, pricing

Note: We are not looking for Spend Analytics person at all. It should be a mix of MDM & Spend (MDM – 80%, Spend – 20 %)
