Job Title/Designation : AM/DM (Finance)
Job Grade : B1/B2
Department : Finance
Reports to (Job Title) : DGM (Finance)
Job Purpose (State in one sentence the overall objective of the role)
Look after Company Accounts & MIS.
Major Accountabilities (Main results of the role to be achieved )
Skills required:
1.Good knowledge in accounts.
2.Excellent Communication & analytical skills.
3.Reasonable typing skills.
4.Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel & PPT).
Major Accountabilities:
1.Should have the knowledge on all accounting functions of the company.
2.Working knowledge on Indian GAAP/Accounting standards.
3.Should have the experience in periodical closure of books of accounts. Preparation of financial statements as per the Companies Act.
4.Co-ordinate with the auditors in getting the accounts audited.
5.Should have working knowledge on Direct & Indirect tax laws like Service tax, sales tax, Income tax etc. Prefer who is having knowledge/experience in SEZ Act, STPI Provisions.
6.Experience in preparation of Budgets, Forecasts etc.
7.Experience in preparation of various MIS Reports & Presentation to Executive com-mittee.
8.Coordinate with Project Managers; identify the deliveries made to each client for periodical revenue recognition.
Ideal Background (State the preferred education and experience level)
Education (minimum/desirable): B.Com/M.Com/MBA/CA Inter
Experience : Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the said profile.
