- Sourcing resumes via LinkedIn for Niche requirement
- Sourcing profiles using job portals (Naukri and Monster).
- Developing and maintaining of database on the basis for immediate and future requirement.
- Good exposure on IT technologies in the market.
- Provided accurate information to applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, work schedules and working conditions, organization and union policies, promotional opportunities, and other related information.
