Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Required to handle a team of ~100 people.
- Should have expertise in Market Research software platforms like ConfirmIT/Quantum or Dimensions (preferably Dimensions)
- Responsible for managing the onshore business partner
- Should be flexible in shift timings
- Conducting monthly team meetings
- To work with process and technology teams and demonstrate process and efficiency improvements
- To show consistent improvement in employee satisfaction survey scores
- To show consistent improvement in customer satisfaction survey scores
- Manpower planning, management and reallocation of resources to balance workloads
- Conducting reviews on performance appraisals conducted by subordinates and also conduct appraisals for the direct reports
- Responsible & accountable for adherence in the team for company/OpCos information system Expected to lead floor wise initiatives
- Identifying training needs for the team, conduct training programs/contribute training material to the training department
- Responsible for all Key Performance Indicators for the team as defined by Kantar policies from time to time.
- Forecasting and budgeting for the team
Technical Skills & Abilities:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Should have knowledge on all the business software

Qualifications/Skill:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering/ Commerce/Science or MBA
- 14 – 16 years of exposure in the relevant industry
- Experience and knowledge of using MS Office
- Proficient knowledge in Dimensions
- Knowledge in MS Visual Basic / Object Programming
- Awareness of SQL and relational databases
- Previous knowledge of the Market Research Industry
