Immediate requirement for Associate Manager - Recruitment for Multinational Company at Bangalore.
Experience - 10 to 12 Years’ Experience into Recruitment with IT Corporate Companies.

Key areas of responsibilities (KRAs):
- An astutely confident professional, a go-getter attitude and tenacity
- Must have good stakeholder management skills, work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements and drive to closure within the TAT
- Extremely Proficient in managing stakeholders and their expectations, ensuring compliance to SLA levels and quality norms thereby achieving client satisfaction and business goals
- An exceptional negotiation skill
- Poised and confident in dealing with individuals at all levels.
- Team Handling Experience
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills
- Self-motivated and a self-starter
- Willing to work in a challenging and dynamic work environment
Desired skill sets:
- Strong knowledge in Volume Hiring/Lateral Hiring
- Preferred IT/ Product Hiring Experience
- Should have experience in handling volume hiring/Lateral Hiring for different Business Units
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Vendor management: Responsible for managing the vendor empanelment & sourcing partners.
Desired qualifications:
Post-graduates preferably with MBA (HR) highly desired
